System Supervisors

Getting a user set up into Osprey is a two-part process. Firstly, a system supervisor will need to set up the user account within Osprey.

Creating the user

Once a user is created within Osprey, it is not automatically activated. This allows firms to create user accounts in preparation. To create the user, please refer to our below guide.

Activating the user

Once the user is ready to be activated, a system supervisor will need to contact the support team to get the user account activated.

If all your licences are currently in use, it is possible to purchase additional licences at any time.
