Simplified client onboarding

Colllecting client data upfront during the onboarding processes make progressing a matter quicker and easier. Within the new client and matter onboarding wizards, you can complete Client and Matter Extensions data ensuring data is captured as early as possible.

The updated client & matter extensions are only available on v1.5. Contact your CSM or the support team to get access to the new client and matter workspaces and start your migration to v1.5.
Adding data whilst setting up new clients
To locate the client and matter wizards, select ‘New’ in the top right corner, followed by ‘Client’.
When working through the client wizard, the client extension will automatically pop up as part of the process, allowing you to enter any additional client data.
Users can also now see their Client and Matter Extensions data in the Details panel of the Workspaces, as well as in the Client/Matter Drawer.
