Whether you want to track personal details learnt about a client, keep a history of interactions, or simply highlight key details for other individuals involved in a case, the client and matter notes help you capture detailed notes that are quick and easy to access.
GET STARTED
The client and matter notes are only available on v1.5. Contact your CSM or the support team to get access to the new client and matter workspaces and start your migration to v1.5.
Accessing and adding notes

A large button in the site header will indicate how many Notes are recorded for the current Client/Matter.

Users are able to see all notes at a glance, as well as Add/Edit/Delete as needed simply by hovering over the note and selecting the relevant button.

This feature should help improve team communication and reduce reliance on the Workflow Status Bar as a means of recording details about a client or matter.
