This guide will go through troubleshooting the Osprey Outlook add-in for Office 365

  • Mailboxes need to be kept under 10gb, ideally under 5gb.

This is best practice from an IT perspective, IT teams should have policies in place that archives (not delete) older emails so they’re not taking storage in individuals mailboxes.

  • Email signatures need to be deployed and managed centrally via Microsoft mailbox manager or via third-party tools like exclaimer.

Signatures created locally won’t be picked up when sending emails in Osprey, and may result in email templates not formatting appropriated and showing under the signature

  • Your email account must be an Outlook 365 account.

As a Microsoft partner, we’re building our eco-system to work seamlessly with Microsoft products. This means you need an Outlook 365 account to use the new integration. If you don’t have an Outlook 365 account, we can assist, advise and purchase Office 365 on your behalf.
