November enhancements

November ’23 Release Notes

Following client feedback, we’ve improved and enhanced various browser and case management functionality to improve the overall experience.

The changes & improvements include:

Case Management App – v3.2.8

  • Downloading emails

You can now download emails from Case Management > Documents. Simply click the ellipsis (…) and select ‘download’.

  • Time recording activities

The issue regarding the activity list not updating, depending on the remuneration rate selected, has now been fixed. As you select a remuneration option, the appropriate list of activities will be shown.

Browser – v1.34.7

  • Calendar token validity

We have increased the timeout period to re-sign into Microsoft Office – when creating Key Dates – from one hour to 90 days if ‘Create diary appointment’ is selected.

  • Increased Dossier integrity

When unlinking Dossier Fields from Dossier Pages – a validation step has been added to ensure all fields that are currently used in standard documents or questionnaire have been linked.

To change and select fields, right-click the chosen Dossier Page and click ‘Design Page’. If you change the position of the linked fields and forget to link them all again, a validation message will be presented highlighting that you must link all fields as they are used in Standard Documents or Questionnaires.

  • Office TT Required requisition

When posting an Office TT Required requisition, the tick box ‘Agency?’ is no longer selected by default.

  • Notes for authoriser

The character limit for requisition authoriser notes have been set to a maximum of 255 characters. This means notes will no longer be cut off.
