v1.5.1.2 Release Notes

Overview 

This release (v1.5.1.2) is a small release that includes bug fixes and feedback. 

This release will impact all companies and users who have migrated to Osprey 1.5 

Included in this release 

Enhancements 

  • During a Conflict of Interest Search, if a user specifies a forename AND surname, we will only show results where both match (e.g. searching for ‘John Smith’ will not return ‘Sally Smith’ or ‘John Jones’, as was previously the case). The is both a performance improvement and a more intuitive result for users 
  • We’ve added pagination to the Conflict of Interest results, which will improve performance. This change also affects the way pagination is implemented elsewhere, so there are minor changes to accommodate that. 

Bug fixes 

  • Time postings that are marked as UNDONE will no longer appear in the Time Recording Drawer 
  • If a user has a Fee Earner which is not ‘In Use’, they will no longer receive an error on the Main Dashboard/Welcome Page 
  • In the Client & Matter Workspaces, sub-menu items in the tab navigation will now display as disabled if the user cannot access the target destination 
  • The endpoint to update a Matter Workflow Status now has the correct permissions, so non-Supervisor users will no longer receive an error when trying to change the status 
  • In the New Client wizard, users will no longer receive a 400 error when creating a new client with a numeric Client No 

Maintenance 

  • This release includes updates to many software packages used by the application to patch vulnerabilities
